Mark Dixon

Mark Dixon was born and raised in St Mary's PA and is a current resident of Lewisberry PA with his wife Denise, daughter Sarah and two German Sheppard's, Bandit and Grizzly.  He also has a son, Dustin, who lives in Etters, PA. He graduated from St Mary's Area High school and Clarion State College.  He has a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.  He has over 27 years experience in corporate Accounting, over 10 years in tax return preparation, and over 15 in telecommunications.

Mark's introduction to telecommunications was in 1996 when he was recruited by a sub-contractor to the Treasury who had a contract to manage their data network.  Getting bills from dozens of services providers from Guam to Puerto Rico, Canada to Mexico, Mark's task was to understand how each telephone company prepared their bills and spent countless hours talking with the providers to understand their bills.  He was the architect of a computer system that was able to take in these bills, audit them and consolidate to a single invoice with five levels of distribution.  He also developed a similar system designed for commercial industry.

Mark is President of the West Shore Chapter of Sertoma and Treasurer of East Central Penn District of Sertoma.  He is an active member of Central Pennsylvania Networking Group (CPNG) and former Membership Committee member of the York 1 chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).  Past civic organizations include President of Red Land Football Boosters, Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 284, and Treasurer of Red Land Soccer Association.

Mark founded DenMark Business Solutions in 2002.  The premise of this company is to market to small to medium size companies telecommunications consulting services, specializing in customer service in the telephony industry.

Stefani Gebhart


Stefani Gebhart, Director of Operations, was born and raised in Hanover PA.  She is a current resident of Hanover PA with her three sons, Daniel, Colin, & Wyatt.  She graduated from South Western High School and attended York Technical Institute.    

Stefani’s introduction to telecommunications was in 1998 when she worked for Capital Telecommunications, Inc., a small locally owned and operated CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier) based out of York, PA.  She started her career at CTI as a customer service representative for the Upfront calling card – helping French exchange students with their calling cards.  Eventually, she landed in the provisioning department, where she excelled in her duties of acquiring telecom services for CTI’s client base.  She interacted with many different telephone companies, in a cooperative relationship to provide service to CTI clients.  She also initiated and implemented auditing procedures for local service invoices.


Stefani came to DenMark Business Solutions in November of 2007, as CTI changed ownership and eventually ceased business operations.  In her initial role at DenMark, she successfully assisted companies who were having difficulties as a result of CTI’s issues.  She has since become responsible for operations at DenMark.  This includes review of client bills for pricing, implementation of DenMark’s proposed solution, and ongoing customer service requirements.

Melissa King


Melissa King, Director of Customer Service at DenMark has been in the telecommunications industry for 10 years.  After leaving Indiana University of PA with an Associate's Degree in Business, she began her career in Sales and Product Services for Coca Cola Enterprises.  Upon leaving there she started her Telecommunications Journey in 2001 by joining the staff at Capital Telecommunications Inc. as a Client Services Representative and Agent Care Specialist.  Melissa was able to take her knowledge base and apply it to her job duties with DenMark in 2005.  Melissa specializes in client relations, implementation, support, and overall day to day operation at DenMark.  Melissa's preferred contact info is via email at mking@denmarkbusinesssolutions.com.  Melissa lives in York with her Husband and Son.

Kimberly Grogg


Kimberly Grogg, National Sales Executive at DenMark brings knowledge of business to business sales and business development for 12 years.  She is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science focused in Therapy and Business Administration.   Kimberly also holds a Certification for Construction Industry Technician through Clemson University. 

After college Kimberly obtained her business to business training as a District Manager through the national Payroll and Human Resource Provider, ADP, Automatic Data Processing.  At ADP, she obtained Quarterly Awards for her achievements.   Afterward, a local CPA Firm, Gift and Associates brought on Kimberly as their Director of Business Development.  At Gift and Associates Kimberly expanded the existing client base to use new payroll services and developed new client relationships. 

In the past 6 years, Kimberly worked for a local construction trade association, Mid Atlantic BX as their Senior Director of Membership and Business Development.  In her tenure at the Mid Atlantic BX, Kimberly more than doubled the Membership, put into place new programs to retain the annual Membership and created new trainings and events for Members.   In her last year, Kimberly formed a new Partnership with AACCCP and created a Mentorship Program for the Association assisting minority, woman and disadvantaged business owners.

Kimberly's experience will assist DenMark to build new relationships, put systems in place to sustain existing relationships and boost knowledge of the client service aspect of business offered.  Kimberly's vast experience and knowledge in Business Development will allow her to become an integral part of the team at DenMark.  We are very pleased to have her aboard!

 

 

Dan Saia


Dan Saia brings the IT support to DenMark. Dan has been working with technology since he was little, and there is no problem too difficult for him to solve. He helped start a computer repair shop in Hanover, PA but after a year decided to part ways to work with Denmark. He is currently attending Harrisburg Area Community College to get his degree in Computer Information Science. Dan is a very sociable, outgoing person and loves to meet new people on a daily basis. Sales has always been a strong suit for Dan hopes to further his career with DenMark and help the company grow more and more.
